Get the support you’re entitled to

.

Financial stress often stems from a lack of knowledge or understanding about the support options available. In Aotearoa, there are a number of entitlements that can help ease your financial burden, from benefits and tax credits to support for healthcare and housing costs.

Common entitlements include Working for Families Tax Credits, Accommodation Supplement, and Childcare Subsidies. These can be applied through Work and Income NZ (WINZ) or Inland Revenue (IRD). While these entitlements can be a game-changer for many whānau, the application process can be complex, and mistakes can lead to delays or denials.

That’s where we come in. At Weave, we provide advocacy services to help you navigate the application process. Our team can assist with filling out forms, gathering supporting documents, and ensuring you receive the maximum entitlement possible.
If you’re facing financial hardship, we can also help you access emergency resources such as kai parcels, food grants, housing referrals, or financial hardship withdrawals. We work closely with other community organisations to ensure you have all the support your whānau need to thrive.

Need help accessing entitlements or support services? Book an appointment with our Financial Mentors today by calling 0508 678 910 or contacting us online.
