We offer food parcels to ensure whฤnau and individuals have access to essential kai. These parcels are tailored to provide immediate relief, offering a helping hand when times are tough. To access this service, youโ€™ll need to make an appointment with one of our Financial Mentors.

Our Financial Mentors are here to do more than provide short-term supportโ€”theyโ€™ll work alongside you to understand your situation, develop a personalised plan, and help you navigate the journey to financial stability.

Referrals to the Social Supermarket

We can also connect you with the Social Supermarket, run by Nourished For Nil. This service gives people the dignity of choice by allowing them to shop for heavily discounted food items in a supermarket-style environment. Itโ€™s a practical, empowering way to access food assistance while respecting individual preferences and needs.

To access food parcels or referrals to the Social Supermarket, please follow these steps:
