Our Approach
Our experienced team of registered social workers and facilitators combine compassionate support with practical tools to support whānau. We take a holistic approach, addressing the wide range of challenges families may face—from improving communication and coping with bullying, to building self-esteem and navigating complex dynamics like step-family relationships. We help whānau create environments where everyone can feel valued and supported.
What We Offer
Our Whānau Support services include two key areas:
Social Work
Our registered social workers provide practical support to whānau, helping them navigate complex situations and build stability at home, however that may look. We can help with:
- Strengthening parent-child relationships
- Addressing challenges such as custody and care
- Accessing additional resources and support networks
- Coping with grief, trauma, and significant life changes
Education Programmes
Our education programmes are designed to equip parents and tamariki with tools and strategies for creating positive, resilient relationships. Programmes include:
- Parenting courses focused on communication and connection
- Specialised programmes tailored to the needs of tamariki and rangatahi
- Workshops for managing stress and building resilience

How to Access Support
