We offer a range of group programmes for tamariki and adults, delivered by experienced facilitators in a safe and supportive environment. Our tamariki programmes run after school. In addition to the regular courses we offer in-house, we also run specialist-led group programmes in schools and the wider community.

These programmes are tailored to build resilience and address specific needs such as managing anxiety, cyclone recovery, and developing coping strategies. Recent initiatives include EMDR group therapy sessions delivered in collaboration with Trauma Aid.

While not all programmes run every term, they are a vital part of our commitment to whānau wellbeing. If a programme isn’t currently scheduled, we encourage you to register your interest—this lets us know there’s demand, and we’ll notify you when the next course becomes available. We are also constantly exploring new opportunities to meet community needs, so if you’re looking for something not listed here, please get in touch.
